About Leon

Leone Catalano, the creator and owner of Leon’s Smash Burgers. I have travelled all around the USA since 2012 and lived there throughout 2022 and 2023. Over the course of my travels, I have tasted and experienced the country that has defined burgers.

I’ve tasted many different types of burgers around the United States, from hidden gems to nationwide franchises. From learning all about America’s burger culture I returned home to Melbourne and created Leon’s Smash Burgers. Utilising my experiences in the USA from both travelling and working and taking my burger POP-UP all over the US, upon my return to Melbourne I bring to you what I believe to be the simple, classic and tastiest American smash burger.
